Building design for the complete of an existing restaurant building.  The renovation would consist of reusing the existing foundation and parts of the existing structure.  A new main facade is to be built facing the roadway.  The interior will have a small eat-in area and public restrooms with the remainder of the building to be designed for the drive-thru restaurant elements.
